per hour (Subject to adjustment for onsite living) Housing Benefit: 25% Woodhill Apartments is looking for a Seasonal
Groundskeeper to undertake the responsibility of the appearance of the exterior of our 154-unit residential apartment
community. The goal is to maintain the upkeep of the apartment community and common areas. Responsibilities Keep grounds
free from trash, litter, and debris Keep the dumpster area free from trash Water landscaping as needed Maintain pool
area Ensure laundry rooms are clean #J-18808-Ljbffr
