About the Role
Description The Assistant Groundskeeper supports the upkeep, appearance, and overall presentation of the property's
exterior grounds and landscaped areas. This role assists in maintaining a clean, polished, and welcoming environment
that reflects the high standards of the organization and enhances the guest experience. Working under the direction of
the Groundskeeper and/or property leadership, the Assistant Groundskeeper performs routine landscaping, property
maintenance, seasonal upkeep, and general outdoor labor to ensure the grounds remain safe, attractive, and
