About the Role

Maintain cleanliness of bars including removing all trash, sweeping and mopping floors, removing mats, and cleaning and

removing any sticky products. Deep clean bars weekly including wiping off bottles, cleaning countertops and walls,

removing glass mats, cleaning all sticky surfaces, emptying cabinets wiping down insides, and returning products. Remove

and transport bar trash in large green trash can and wheel to dumpster Remove rubber mats and transport to proper area

by beverage cart for cleaning Maintain clean floors by sweeping and mopping floors with clean hot bleach water Use

correct elevators and delivery routes to and from bars Report to Food & Beverage Supervisor on duty for daily
