PURPOSE Working under the supervision of the Spanish Fork City Parks and Recreation Lead Worker, the Landscape
Construction Worker performs a variety of skilled and semi‐skilled tasks associated with landscape construction and
performs other related work as required. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Installation of sprinkler systems, installing sod, plants,
trees and shrubs; prepares soil for planting and performs other similar tasks as assigned. Operates hand and power
equipment including shovel, rake, tractor, skid steer, trencher, mini excavator, rototiller; maintains tools and
