About the Role
Production Painter Electro Industries based in Monticello, Minnesota is seeking an experienced Production Painter to
operate and setup the paint area to accomplish scheduled assignments by safely painting high-quality products that are
error free as efficiently as possible. Hours are 6:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Monday through Thursday. Responsibilities: Paint
a significant volume of work efficiently meeting Work Order standards Paints surfaces with spray or powder gun Regulates
temperature and timing of bake oven Removes articles from drying racks when dry and appropriately stacks them on pallets
if required. Monitor other painters so workmanship and quality levels are maintained Monitor and communicate consumable
