JOB TITLE
Description: Mask, prep and apply paint with spray guns. Apply powder coat to metal products and follow the work
instructions for both powder and liquid painting. Understand how various cleaners, primers and paints react to each
other to create quality finishes and apply accordingly, following work instructions. Proficient knowledge of MIL-SPEC
paints such as lacquers, enamels, epoxies, urethanes and their applications. Understand and follow waste disposal
requirements. Diagnose various paint problems such as solvent pops, fade out, orange peel, etc. Assemble various
