Painter Full & Part Time

About the Role

Title: Maintenance Painter Reports to : Facilities Director Purpose: Responsible for general painting and providing a

safe and clean work environment. Prepare surfaces, mix paints for different needs, and apply them with brushes or

rollers to fill cracks or apply color on walls, ceilings and other objects around facilities. Prepare walls and other

structures for painting by scraping, sandpaper, removing old paint etc. Perform routine painting maintenance. Timely

completion of unit turnovers and common area painting. Provide superior customer service. High school diploma or

equivalent preferred. Apprenticeship, technical or building trade education helpful. Proven experience as a painter. One
