About the Role

Painter Reporting to the Lead Painter, the primary responsibility of the Painter is to provide painting and general

maintenance property wide. All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and Palms policies, practices,

and procedures. Core Responsibilities: Daily maintenance of wallpaper, paint and furniture in hotel corridors and

suites, retail areas, back of house and restaurants. Repair and repaint exterior patios and doors. Drywall, paint, wall

covering, and specialty finishes. Prep work includes paint removal, wallpaper stripping, masking, drywall repairs, etc.

Performing decorative and faux finishes as locations require. Daily clean-up of work areas and tools. Management of
