About the Role

Paint Prep Production Worker Maintainer is looking for a Paint Prep Production Worker to help prepare equipment and

components for painting. This role includes sanding, grinding, and cleaning surfaces to ensure high-quality finished

products. Key responsibilities include: Sand, grind, chip, and wash surfaces to prepare for painting Use hand tools and

power tools safely and effectively Prepare parts and units based on the production schedule Follow blueprints and basic

instructions Ensure work meets quality standards before moving forward Keep work area clean and follow all safety

guidelines Move between workstations as needed Support team members and help maintain a productive work environment
