About the Role

Job Details IQ Resource Group is seeking a Packer Assembly Supervisor in Dodge Center, MN. This position is primarily

responsible for Supervising operations in the Packer Assembly production area. Pay: $18-22/hr Hours: Days are M-Th

6:30am-5pm with some Friday OT as needed. Essential Duties: Understand the assembly process Communicate results and

concerns for decision-making criteria Support normal daily production and manage overall staffing in the department

Manage and order all consumables Prioritize and manage workload effectively Identify and analyze subjective and

objective data to identify problems and make suggestions related to overall proper specification of process
