About the Role

dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, or pans, using dishwashers or by hand. Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, or

utensils in clean and orderly condition. Monitor stock levels, obtain supplies and equipment as requested per venue.

Assist with emptying pallets and stocking storeroom and side stations. Clean all equipment, pots and pans. Store all

equipment in proper locations. Sweep and mop all floors in the kitchen. Transport food and equipment throughout venue. 1
