problem-solving, and supporting field operations while delivering excellent customer service. Monitor remote pump
station alarm systems and respond appropriately to alerts Dispatch field crews efficiently based on operational needs
and emergencies Perform accurate data entry and maintain operational records Gather information and generate reports for
management and field operations Maintain communication through dispatch radio and telephone systems Support general
