About the Role
Job Description Job Description Night Shift 5pm - 3:30am A Sub Arc Welder (Submerged Arc Welder) sets up and operates
automatic or semi-automatic equipment to weld heavy steel components, usually in flat or horizontal positions. They are
responsible for reading blueprints, managing flux, and ensuring precise weld quality in manufacturing and industrial
settings. Key Responsibilities Machine Setup: Configure, align, and operate SAW equipment, including column and boom,
tractor, or semi-automatic systems. Process Execution: Apply granular flux, feed electrode wire, and set voltage and
amperage for welding thick steel, often on pressure vessels or structural components. Monitoring and Control: Supervise
