About the Role

Medical Value Stream Machine Operator Position Summary: As a machine operator you will be responsible for producing

precision medical burr blanks within the Medical Value Stream. Essential Job Functions Set up, operate, and troubleshoot

manual grinding and CNC grinding equipment to produce high quality precision ground medical burr blanks. Understand

basic CNC programming and use existing programs for production runs and modifications. Operate manual tool grinders,

disk grinders, and centerless grinders. Use measuring equipment to inspect products and ensure accurate diameter

tolerances. Perform plate and final straightening processes. Monitor part conformance and adjust manufacturing equipment
