About the Role

Fresh Off the Hook is a small, local seafood restaurant that has been in the same locations since 1996. We have a strong

base of regular, loyal customers, as well as a growing number of new customers who have moved here from other areas of

the country seeking the favorable lifestyle of the Treasure Valley. We truly are in a class by ourselves in this

community, where we are not a franchise company and our fresh seafood and relaxed environment gives customers a "fine

dining" experience at a reduced cost and in a more timely manner than most such restaurants. Our Google reviews
