About the Role

Sourdough Bread Baker The Bread Chic is looking for an experienced, hardworking baker to join our overnight production

team. We specialize in artisan San Francisco-style sourdough, handmade pastries, and high-quality baked goods made from

scratch with organic and locally sourced ingredients. This is a fast-paced, hands-on position for someone who thrives in

an early morning bakery environment and takes pride in consistency, quality, and teamwork. Overnight/Early Morning Shift

Bake muffins, scones, pies, cookies, and other pastry items Maintain consistent quality, bake times, and presentation

standards Coordinate production with other bakers, front of house teams, and market staff Help organize daily bake flow
