About the Role

The Bread Baker is responsible for helping oversee the production of Peppermill bread products. This includes, but is

not limited to, breads, rolls, focaccia and seasonal items. Duties: Supports the company culture expectation on

delivering 4 diamond service Strives to attain excellence in making our baked products the best in Northern Nevada.

Prepares consistent and high-quality breads, rolls and baked goods for all outlets within Peppermill. Prepares all

bakery items as needed, including breakfast pastries, specialty breads and rolls, amenities, specialty desserts and show

pieces. Assists with maintaining all recipe files and production schedules for all Peppermill bakery items. Communicates
