About the Role
Butcher/Meat Cutter As a Butcher/Meat Cutter you will be responsible for preparing and cutting meat products in a retail
setting of the grocery store. You are responsible for knowing how to process different cuts of meats with precision and
ensuring quality and freshness of all meat products. Seasonal Position: May-September Receive and inspect meat
deliveries to ensure quality and compliance with safety standards Cut, trim and portion various cuts of meats, such as
steaks, roasts, chops etc according to the customers request/preference and company standards Ensuring proper handling,
storage and rotation of meats to minimize waste and maintain optimal quality Monitor meat inventory levels and assist in
