About the Role

Molding / Machine Operator Serigraph is seeking a Molding / Machine Operator responsible for setting up, operating, and

maintaining molding equipment. The position requires adherence to productivity goals, quality standards, and safety

regulations. The operator will also document production activities and collaborate with teammates to ensure smooth

operation and issue resolution. Molding / Machine Operator Responsibilities: Meet predetermined productivity and quality

standards for molding operations. Operate molding presses. Communicate with press operators from previous and following

shifts to relay job-specific information. Properly record all necessary production data in the labor reporting system,
