Model Builder

About the Role

Construct and install various cabinetries and soft goods per design instructions. Work on Concept mockups, Prototypes,

and various work orders to help prove out concepts and designed projects. Work closely with design and manufacturing

teams to address problems and find solutions. Experience Required: 3 years of full-time Winnebago experience coupled

with special skills. Must have knowledge of woodworking and Carpentry skills, use of various hand and power tools,

including screw guns, drills, saws, sanders. Possesses a keen sense of personal responsibility and commitment to work

outcomes.
