Mig Welder

About the Role

Key Responsibilities Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and welding symbols Measure, cut, align, and fit metal

components Perform MIG welding on steel, stainless steel, or aluminum materials Operate fabrication equipment such as

grinders, saws, torches, and presses Inspect welds for accuracy, strength, and quality Maintain proper weld dimensions

and tolerances Use measuring tools including tape measures, squares, calipers, and levels Follow OSHA and workplace

safety procedures Repair or rework defective welds and assemblies Maintain welding equipment and work area cleanliness

Required Skills & Qualifications Experience with MIG welding and metal fabrication Ability to read fabrication drawings
