About the Role
MIG Welder Position We are seeking a skilled and safety-conscious MIG Welder on 2nd shift (3PM to 11 PM-overtime
available as well) to join our team in Waukesha. The ideal candidate will be proficient in MIG welding processes and
have the ability to read blueprints to fabricate and assemble high-quality metal components. This role is essential to
our production operations, and a strong work ethic and attention to detail are a must. Perform MIG (Gas Metal Arc
Welding) operations to join metal parts, with expertise in welding mild steel. Select and set up welding equipment,
including adjusting wire feed speed, amperage, and voltage for optimal weld quality. Position, clamp, and tack-weld
