About the Role

Job Posting Hiring for Metal Grinders, Spot welders, and laborers (Entry level) - pay up to $23/hour in Anoka, MN.

Responsibilities: Use a hand grinder to remove rough edges and smooth metal surfaces to a high-quality finish. Polish

metal components to achieve a clean, consistent appearance and meet quality standards. Measure and cut metal to

specified lengths using a tape measure and appropriate cutting tools. Operate fabrication equipment such as brake

presses and spot welders after receiving proper training. Perform buffing operations to refine surfaces and prepare

parts for painting or final assembly. Rack and prepare parts for the paint process according to established procedures.
