About the Role
Position Overview An Assembler is responsible for production‐assembly. The work is highly repetitive; the operator must
work following a prescribed routine or where the method of assembly is obvious. This job requires the operator to run
machines to do a specific machining process to molded plastic parts. Operators receive complete and thorough training
from the Equipment Programmer/Operator before running this equipment. The operator must correctly place the parts on the
machine fixture and secure them using the foot pedal or the hand controls. May need to deburr and/or gauge parts during
the machine cycles. Operators are required to select program, change fixtures, and run the machines and are not
