Merchandiser/driver

About the Role

Ensure the reliable and efficient delivery of all products scheduled for distribution, manage drivers, and handle

customer delivery issues. Interact with Sales and Dispatch Departments to ensure dependable delivery service. Maximize

delivery efficiencies by achieving daily case targets and daily customer stop targets. Manage driver check-in and

check-out procedures. Complete and review daily route surveys. Follow up on merchandising performance by drivers.

Respond to all driver issues. Manage driver returns and breakage on trucks. Manage/respond to customer issues. Interact

with Warehouse/Dispatch/Sales Departments relative to issues and resolution. Maintain daily performance log, report
