Mental Health Technician / Driver

About the Role

We are hiring a dedicated Mental Health Technician to join our outpatient clinic team. You will support patients

managing mental health and substance use challenges. You will work closely with our clinical staff to monitor progress,

maintain a safe space, and assist with daily clinic operations. RESPONSIBILITIES: Greet clients, help them feel

comfortable, and assist with their daily clinic needs. Observe and document patient behavior, moods, and any notable

changes. Report these to the licensed clinical team. Assist counselors in leading psychoeducational groups and daily

therapeutic activities. Respond quickly to crisis situations. Use safe and effective de-escalation techniques. Supervise
