About the Role
Job Description Job Description A machine operator sets up, runs, and monitors production equipment to ensure accurate
and efficient manufacturing. They are responsible for loading raw materials, adjusting machine settings, conducting
routine maintenance, and inspecting finished products for quality control while strictly adhering to workplace safety
standards. Equipment Operation & Setup: Calibrating, installing, and adjusting machine parts to meet production
specifications and work orders. Quality Assurance: Performing basic cleaning, lubrication, and preventive maintenance to
prevent mechanical failures and reduce equipment downtime. Troubleshooting: Diagnosing and resolving minor machine
