Job Title This position reports to: Operations Team Leader This position has direct reports: None Location: Salem, OR

FLSA Hourly/Salary: Starting Hourly pay $19-$21 per hour Essential Functions Commit to FIELD's Mission Statement, Core

Values, and Fieldamentals. Operate and maintain threaders, drill press, band saws, bolt threader, and cutting tools to

ensure precision in material preparation. Set up and operate an iron worker. Perform chamfering, punching, and bending

operations as required by project specifications. Execute MIG/TIG welding and assembly processes to create finished

metal components. Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work order documents to ensure accuracy.
