About the Role
LEAD ASSEMBLER
The Lead Assembler is responsible for guiding a team of assemblers in the efficient and accurate production of
electronic components and systems, ensuring adherence to quality standards and production schedules. This role involves
both hands-on assembly work and leadership in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Lead and motivate a team of assemblers to meet daily production targets and quality objectives.
Provide on-the-job training and guidance to junior assemblers on assembly techniques, safety procedures, and quality
