Mechanical Assemblers 1st + 3rd Shift

About the Role

Starting Pay: $15.00 per hour with the opportunity for compensation increases within your first 90 days after you've

completed training. Schedule: Monday–Friday, 5:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m., with occasional Saturdays as needed. This role

guarantees 40 hours per week, with mandatory overtime during our peak production seasons. At Snap‐on Equipment, we

deliver productivity solutions for the automotive industry. Our Conway facility plays a critical role in assembling and
