Mechanic, Plumbing and Building Systems - Brooklyn Army Terminal New York, New York, United States Position Overview The

Mechanic is responsible for the installation, maintenance, repair, and operation of plumbing and mechanical systems in

commercial, industrial, and institutional buildings. The role supports a broad range of building systems—including

hydronic heating/cooling, pumps, boilers, mechanical equipment, and piping systems—for City-owned properties within the

Asset Management portfolio at NYCEDC, specifically the Brooklyn Army Terminal Campus and other assigned properties. The

position reports to the VP of Operations in Sunset Park. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Perform basic plumbing
