About the Role

*Lynch BBQ, Inc.* *Roaster Pig Division* *General Production* _*SUMMARY:*_ Responsible for harvesting, slaughtering, and

packaging of cull pigs. _*ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:*_ * Must be capable of regular and predictable

attendance * Able to work overtime as needed * Able to work holidays as needed * Harvesting and slaughtering of cull

pigs * Packaging and boxing of meat * Use of knives in a safe manner * Adhere to USDA guidelines on livestock production

* Sanitary and general Clean-Up * Performs other duties as needed and/or assigned _*QUALIFICATIONS:*_ · Must be capable
