Material Handler/ Forklift Lead

About the Role

Core Work Hours- 1st Shift Supervise and perform various duties in accordance with normal day-to-day material handling

function for the warehouse operation. These activities primarily overseeing the material handling staff as they safely

and efficiently: unload trucks, transport material across the Knoxville campus, within specific facilities, put

materials away in logical and/or designated locations, pull parts for production orders accurately, wrapping loads for

shipment, and load internal and external trucks for shipping including verifying paperwork and labels. Develop work

instructions, work with Warehouse Manager to develop, and communicate performance objectives, train & coach employees,
