About the Role

*Job Summary* Responsible for installing, assembling, and testing plumbing systems in modular home units within a

factory environment. This role ensures all water supply, drainage, and vent systems are installed to code, tested for

leaks, and ready for transport and final site connection. *Key Responsibilities* * Install water supply lines,

drain/waste/vent (DWV) systems, and fixtures in modular home units * Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and

plumbing layouts * Assemble and connect piping systems using PVC, PEX, copper, or other approved materials * Install

plumbing fixtures such as sinks, toilets, tubs, showers, and water heaters * Perform pressure testing and inspections to
