Mas Final Assembly

About the Role

This position supports 1st shift operations by performing soldering and hand assembly on a variety of circuit card

assemblies (CCAs) and mechanical chassis. This role requires consistent onsite collaboration and will be performed 100%

at a BAE Systems facility. The assembler will work with electronic and mechanical components, perform inspections and

rework, and support continuous improvement efforts in a dynamic production environment. Assemble electronic components,

assemblies, subassemblies, kits, and modules using written instructions, wiring lists, diagrams, routing instructions,

and process sheets • Perform soldering of through-hole and surface-mount components (training provided if needed) •
