About the Role

Summary You will serve as a MARINE MACHINERY MECHANIC LEADER (EXPERT) in the PRODUCTION RESOURCES DEPARTMENT of PEARL

HARBOR NAVAL SHIPYARD & IMF within the DEPARTMENT OF THE NAVY. Learn more about this agency Duties Help You will serve

as a subject matter expert for the installation, alignment, repairs and tests of shipboard machinery, including engines,

ordnance machinery, deck machinery and other components within the shop. You will lead, train, and mentor shop personnel

performing disassembly, inspection, repair, test, shipboard lay-out and alignment, installation of steam turbines,

reduction gears and other main propulsion components. You will complete inspection reports, review technical work
