Experience Level: Entry-Level We are seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Welder I to join our fabrication team at
our Northeast Panel Plant in Red Hill, PA. This position will introduce the welder to the prefabrication of steel wall
panels for commercial buildings. This position is ideal for candidates who have completed a welding program or
apprenticeship and are looking to build hands‑on experience in a professional shop environment. The successful candidate
will work under the supervision of experienced welders and supervisors while developing technical skills and learning
