About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Fabricator to join our team at John Bean Technologies Corporation (JBT). This

role is integral to our operations, serving as a "working" mentor position that exemplifies superior welding and

fabrication practices. The successful candidate will ensure customer service standards, quality control, and inspection

processes are met, while effectively assigning tasks to team members. Key Responsibilities Mentorship and Leadership:

Serve as a backup for other Fabricators and Team Lead as needed. Represent JBT professionally at all times by positively

mentoring associates. Provide mentoring to Fabricator Trainees, Welders, and Production Associates, leading by example
