About the Role
Maintenance Technician The Maintenance Technician position is responsible for performing preventative and corrective
maintenance on the production and company facilities. $1.50 Shift Differential on some shifts. Effectively complete
preventative and predictive maintenance per weekly schedule to prevent breakdowns on equipment. Utilize root-cause
analysis skills to investigate breakdown and line stoppages while collaborating with other departments. Proficient in
the operation of all plant equipment to better troubleshoot and maintain as required. Communicate with team leaders and
production associates regarding critical findings during routine inspections. Proficient in using CMMS (Computerized
