including mixers and the front end of tortilla production lines safely and efficiently Start up equipment at the start

of each shift and verify proper operation; report issues immediately Replace mesh and Teflon belts to maintain

continuous production flow Adjust machine settings to meet product specs for size, weight, and quality Verify recipes
