About the Role

Flight Scheduler / Dispatcher The Flight Scheduler / Dispatcher is responsible for coordinating all aspects of flight

operations for a Part 91 corporate flight department. This position serves as the central point of contact for aircraft

scheduling, trip planning, passenger coordination, vendor management, and operational support to ensure safe, secure,

and seamless transportation for company executives and authorized passengers. The Scheduler/Dispatcher works closely

with flight crews, maintenance personnel, executive assistants, security teams, FBOs, catering providers, and

international service providers to support a fleet of corporate aircraft and maintain exceptional customer service
