About the Role

The Driver Recruiting Manager is a high-impact, national role responsible for building and maintaining Allegro's

independent contractor (IC) workforce. This person owns the full IC talent lifecycle — from sourcing and screening

through onboarding, compliance verification, and ongoing performance oversight. They are the primary connection between

Allegro's operational capacity and the contractor community that powers it. This is not a traditional recruiting role.

It requires deep familiarity with the final mile and complex installation space, a working knowledge of IC compliance

requirements, and the relentless drive to build a pipeline of qualified, professional contractors across dozens of
