About the Role

Maintenance Technician Essential Functions: Inspects, repairs, and services equipment, building structures or electrical

and plumbing fixtures Examples of Work: UNDER GENERAL SUPERVISION Uses a variety of hand and power tools in performing

maintenance on equipment, buildings and other structures Performs carpentry, plumbing, and painting duties in repair and

maintenance of buildings and grounds when necessary Performs electrical work such as replacing ballasts and light bulbs

and repairing switches and outlets Moves furniture, shelving, equipment, and boxes Services heating, ventilation, and

air conditioning equipment Does routine preventive maintenance Performs related work Minimum Requirements: Meets regular
