Job Title: Maintenance Technician / Grounds Porter (Full-Time) Location: Williston, VT Schedule: Monday through Friday,

7:00 AM – 3:30 PM Pay Rate: $24.00 – $26.00 per hour (based on experience) We are currently seeking a reliable and

experienced Maintenance Technician / Grounds Porter to join our team in Williston, VT. This is a full-time position

responsible for maintaining the overall appearance and functionality of the property. Responsibilities Perform general

maintenance tasks including: Painting Drywall repair and patchwork Light plumbing repairs Replacing light bulbs and

fixtures Maintain cleanliness of the property grounds: Empty trash receptacles Pick up trash and debris Operate
