Maintenance Technician

About the Role

The primary role of the Maintenance Technician is to assist with the maintenance program for the community and preserve

the value of the asset. The Maintenance Technician assists in maintaining the community's interior and exterior physical

condition and is a customer service driven team player. Reports to: Maintenance Supervisor Direct Reports: The duties
