About the Role
Maintenance Technician As a Maintenance Technician, you will maintain the physical integrity of the community by
ensuring a safe, secure, and comfortable living environment for residents, visitors, and staff maintenance
responsibilities. Diagnose and perform minor or routine preventative maintenance or repair on all units and equipment
Remove and transfer heavy appliances and equipment from storage area to apartment (or vice versa) as circumstances
warrant Inspect and help coordinate all needed make-ready repairs and services of apartments after move out Use expert
knowledge to abide by pertinent laws and EPA and OSHA regulations governing proper storage and management of hazardous
