Maintenance Technician

About the Role

Maintenance Technician II The Maintenance Technician II performs maintenance and repair tasks across multiple trades

including carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, mechanical systems, fixtures, and fire/life safety. This role

requires hands-on knowledge of building systems, general construction practices, and the ability to troubleshoot and

complete repairs independently while providing excellent customer service. Essential Functions Performs maintenance and

repairs on company buildings in accordance with company standards and safety policies Troubleshoots and repairs building
