About the Role

Water Maintenance Technician Under general supervision, the Water Maintenance Technician repairs the District's water

lines including pipes, valves, hydrants, services lines, and water meters. Essential Duties And Responsibilities

Performs manual labor work to repair water lines, water meters, pipes, valves, hydrants, and other related equipment.

Routinely operates heavy equipment including mini excavators, skid steers, back hoes, dump trucks, front end loaders,

and track hoes. Transports heavy equipment, tools, and materials to and from job sites. Repairs water taps. Probes,

prods, or digs to identify underground utilities. Communicates location with crew. Sets up cones and flags traffic to
