About the Role
Job Responsibilities The Maintenance Technician/Building Handyman will serve under the onsite Superintendent/Resident
Manager, responsible for Repairs Facilities Maintenance, and Building Operations for a full service luxury residential
rental building in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. Efficiently manage and respond to all building work orders and tenant
requests for repairs in a timely and professional manner using Building Link. Ensure that all building work is
adequately tracked and monitored through these systems. Daily inspection, monitoring and maintenance of all building
systems including but not limited to HVAC, plumbing, electrical, security, cable/telecommunications, fire and safety,
