Maintenance Technician Landscaping

About the Role

We are an established Real Estate Management Company that manages over 150 investment properties throughout Oregon and

Washington. As a team, we accomplish objectives through integrity, leadership, communication, trust, loyalty, quality,

and commitment. We need a Landscaper to support Manufactured home communities in the greater Spokane area. This is a

part-time 28 hours per week position paid hourly with 401K, after 90 days, as well as 3 weeks PTO. A reliable vehicle

with a valid driver’s license and Insurance is required along with basic tools. Maintains and repairs physical

structures of buildings, preforms unit turnovers, and maintains grounds by performing the following duties. Completes
